REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED ONCE PROCESSING BEGINS.
FlaBiz provides time-sensitive administrative filing and document preparation services. Because services begin shortly after an order is placed, refunds are not available once processing has started, regardless of outcome or filing result.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that services are non-refundable once processing begins. If a customer does not agree to this policy, FlaBiz cannot provide services.
Limited Cancellation Window
Orders are typically processed on the following business day. If a customer contacts FlaBiz within twenty-four (24) hours of placing an order, and processing has not yet begun, FlaBiz may, at its sole discretion, approve a cancellation. Any approved cancellation may be subject to a deduction for payment processing fees, which may be up to $25.
Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify FlaBiz within seven (7) days of delivery. FlaBiz will provide a one-time replacement at no additional charge. Additional replacement requests may be subject to processing and shipping fees.
Orders Not Received
For electronically delivered items, customers should first check spam or junk email folders. If documents cannot be located, customers must contact FlaBiz promptly to request assistance.
For mailed items, FlaBiz may review shipment tracking information. If an order cannot be located, a one-time reshipment may be provided at no additional charge. Additional reshipment requests may require payment of additional postage or handling fees.
