This website is operated by Florida Business Filing Services LLC, doing business as FlaBiz (“FlaBiz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of flabiz.org (the “Site”) and all services offered through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, the user (“User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the User does not agree, use of the Site and services must be discontinued immediately.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, the User represents that they are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Nature of Services

FlaBiz provides third-party administrative document preparation and filing assistance services. FlaBiz is not a government agency and is not affiliated with the Florida Department of State, the Internal Revenue Service, or any federal or state authority.

FlaBiz does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Services are performed solely based on information provided by the User. The User is responsible for reviewing all information for accuracy prior to submission.

4. User Responsibilities

The User agrees not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

  • Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or related systems

  • Interfere with Site security or operations

FlaBiz is not responsible for errors, delays, or consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the User.

5. Processing and Timing

Services begin shortly after an order is placed. Processing times may vary due to service volume, filing complexity, and third-party agency response times. FlaBiz does not guarantee acceptance, approval, or processing timelines by any government authority.

6. Fees and Payments

All fees charged by FlaBiz include administrative and processing services and do not represent government filing fees unless explicitly stated. Pricing may change at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to FlaBiz’s Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Services are time-sensitive and non-refundable once processing begins.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. FlaBiz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of services provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlaBiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site or services. FlaBiz’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FlaBiz, its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or submission of inaccurate information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Modifications to Terms

FlaBiz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination
